The neighbors page
How close is Georgetown, really?
Not the small town near the Alabama line that other “Georgetown, GA” searches sometimes turn up. This Georgetown is Savannah's southside community along King George Boulevard and GA-204, and it happens to be one of the closest Savannah-area neighborhoods to Richmond Hill, where Tricia is based and where her studio is on the way.
Most of the trip runs down GA-17, or I-95 to exit 90, in around 15 minutes depending on traffic. Until the studio opens, online coaching gives Georgetown women that same private attention today. The full list of towns Tricia trains women from, near and far, lives on the service areas page.
The work
What online coaching with Tricia looks like
Your first conversation is about what you want, what you have tried before, and what your body needs, not a workout on the spot. From there, online coaching and personalized plans build week over week: real strength work as the backbone, with the alignment and breath control Tricia brings from her certified Pilates background layered in underneath it, and regular check-ins so nothing goes stale.
Who it's for
Built for women juggling a full plate
Tricia's clients from this side of Savannah are moms running kids between practices, professionals who sit behind a desk all day, and women getting back to a version of themselves they have not felt in a while. Every program starts at your actual starting point, and beginners are genuinely her favorite clients to coach, not a burden she puts up with.
Core work shows up in most of what she writes, too. As a certified Pilates coach, Tricia folds MAT Pilates, floor-based, breath-driven movement, into strength programs whenever it earns a place, and there is more on how that fits together on the MAT Pilates page. None of it is guesswork. Progress gets tracked, and the plan changes as you do.
Closer look
Not quite your corner of Savannah?
Georgetown is its own pocket of the Savannah area, and for a lot of women here it sits closer to Richmond Hill than a lot of the city does. If you are coming from further into Savannah proper, midtown, downtown, or the islands, the personal trainer in Savannah page covers the same online coaching model. Either way, the coach and the programming stay exactly the same.
