About
In her own words: “I’m a wife, proud mom of two, competitive athlete, and coach who understands what it means to balance fitness with real life. As a certified personal trainer and Pilates coach, my passion is helping women build strong, confident bodies through a combination of strength training, intentional movement, and sustainable habits.”
“Whether you’re juggling work, family, or simply trying to prioritize yourself again, I believe fitness should empower you, not overwhelm you. My goal is to help women feel powerful, capable, and confident in their own skin while creating a lifestyle that lasts far beyond the gym.”

Roots
Tricia was born and raised in Richmond Hill, and Coastal Georgia is still home. The women she trains are her neighbors, her kids’ teachers, and her friends. That is why every program she writes is personal. Sessions are tailored, progress is tracked, and no two plans look the same.
On the stage
Tricia does not just write programs, she lives them. A former NPC bikini competitor, she took the stage at the Dexter Jackson Classic and the Lee Haney Games, bringing home hardware and a firsthand understanding of what disciplined preparation really takes. That experience shapes every plan she writes, whether your goal is a 5k, a stronger back, or keeping up with your kids.

Powerful. Capable. Confident in your own skin.
That is the goal, every single time

The approach
Heavy barbells one day, Pilates control the next. Tricia trains the whole person, which means building muscle and mobility, pushing hard and recovering well. Her clients learn to move with intention instead of just grinding through workouts.
