Getting started

What happens when you reach out

Reaching out is usually the hardest part. Here is exactly what happens next, with no call center and no scheduling app deciding for you.

01

Text or call

Send a text or place a call to (912) 432-1777 and say where you are starting from and what you want to change. There is no intake form to fill out first if you would rather just talk it through.

02

Tricia responds personally

You hear back from Tricia herself, not a booking assistant or an automated reply. She asks a few questions about your goals, your schedule, and anything else that matters before your first session ever starts.

03

You talk goals and find a time

The conversation turns practical from there: your goals, your schedule, and your budget. Curious what shapes the cost first? This breakdown of personal training cost covers the real factors, and then you land on a time that actually fits your week.

Where this happens

Personal training near Richmond Hill, Savannah, and beyond

Tricia is based in Richmond Hill, Bryan County, just off I-95 exit 90 and GA-144, about 20 to 25 minutes south of Savannah. She currently trains women two ways: in-home, where she comes to you, and through online coaching. Most in-home clients are right here in Richmond Hill, and plenty more reach out from Savannah, Pooler, or the Georgetown neighborhood on Savannah's southside because they would rather train with one coach who knows their name than rotate through a big-box gym. If you have been searching for personal training near you in Richmond Hill, this is what local actually looks like.

Farther out, women reach out from across Bryan and Liberty counties, including Pembroke and Hinesville, and the honest answer on whether in-home training gets to you is worth a direct conversation. Her online coaching and personalized plans carry the same programming anywhere you live, no distance question required. See the full town-by-town breakdown on the service areas page, or go straight to 1:1 personal training to get started.

Good to know

Contact and booking questions, answered

How do I book a first session?+

Call or text (912) 432-1777 and tell Tricia a little about your goals and your schedule. She responds personally, asks a few follow-up questions, and helps you land on a time, whether that is your first in-home session or your first online coaching check-in.

What actually happens in that first session?+

Expect a conversation first, then a movement check. Tricia asks about your goals, your history, and your schedule, watches how you move, and by the end you both know exactly where you are starting from and what the plan looks like.

Do I need to be in shape before I call?+

No. Most women who reach out have not lifted a weight in months or years, and some are starting from zero. There is no fitness bar to clear before you pick up the phone. That is exactly the starting point Tricia expects, and the plan gets built around it.

Does Tricia have a studio?+

Not yet, though one is on the way. For now, Tricia trains clients in-home in Richmond Hill and through online coaching everywhere else. Call or text (912) 432-1777 with any questions.

What areas do you serve?+

In-home training is Richmond Hill only for now. Everywhere else, including Savannah, Pooler, Georgetown, Hinesville, and Pembroke, trains with Tricia through online coaching, which reaches anywhere, so location is rarely the reason not to call.

Can I start with online coaching first?+

Yes. Some women start with online coaching to test the fit before ever training in person, and others do the opposite. Call or text (912) 432-1777 and Tricia will help you decide which starting point makes more sense for your goals and your schedule.

The first move is just a message

You do not need a perfect plan before you reach out. Call or text (912) 432-1777, or send the message above, and Tricia will help you figure out the rest.
