Anywhere you are
A personalized training plan from certified personal trainer Tricia Martin, coached remotely with real check-ins and real adjustments. Made for women whose schedules do not fit a gym appointment, and for anyone outside the Richmond Hill area who wants her programming anyway.

How it works
A real coach, not a PDF
It starts with a conversation about your goals, your schedule, and what equipment you actually have. Tricia builds your personalized plan from there, and then the part that matters begins: you train, you check in, she reviews and adjusts. When life throws a week sideways, the plan bends instead of breaking.
It is the same programming philosophy behind her 1:1 personal training in Richmond Hill: strength first, Pilates-informed movement work, and habits that hold up in real life.
Fit check
Who online coaching fits, and who it does not
It fits women who can carve out training windows but cannot commit to a standing appointment, self-starters who want expert programming without guesswork, and anyone outside Richmond Hill who wants Tricia in their corner. If you are in Richmond Hill itself and want hands-on form coaching from day one, in-home 1:1 sessions are the stronger place to start. Cost is often part of that decision too, and how personal training pricing works breaks down what shapes the number either way.
Where her clients are
Coastal Georgia, and well past it
In-home training is Richmond Hill only while Tricia's studio is on the way, so online coaching is how she currently trains women across the rest of the region: Savannah, Pooler, Georgetown on Savannah's southside, Hinesville and Fort Stewart, and Pembroke up in North Bryan County. Each of those has its own page, and the service area guide covers the rest, including Rincon and Guyton.
Past Coastal Georgia entirely, none of it changes. A client three states away gets the same program, the same check-ins, and the same coach as one twenty minutes up I-95.
Good to know
Online coaching questions, answered
Does online personal training actually work?+
Yes, when it is a real coaching relationship and not a PDF. Tricia builds your plan around your goals and equipment, reviews your check-ins, adjusts the program as you progress, and stays in your corner between workouts. The programming is the same quality her in-person clients get.
How is online coaching different from 1:1 training?+
With 1:1 training in Richmond Hill, Tricia is beside you for every rep. With online coaching, you train on your own schedule while she handles the plan, the progress checks, and the adjustments remotely. Many clients start online and add in-person sessions later, or the reverse.
What equipment do I need?+
Whatever you have is where the plan starts. A full gym membership, a pair of dumbbells in the living room, or almost nothing at all. Tricia writes the program around your real setup, and she will tell you honestly if one or two inexpensive pieces would open things up.
Can I get results training two or three times a week?+
Yes. Consistent, well-programmed sessions two or three times a week move the needle for most women, especially paired with simple habit work between workouts. The plan is built to fit the time you actually have, not the time a perfect week would have.
How do check-ins work?+
You log your workouts and check in on a regular cadence you agree on together. Tricia reviews how the week actually went, adjusts your plan, and answers your questions, so the program keeps matching your life instead of drifting away from it.
